It’s not every day that you get the opportunity to sit down and have a discussion with a partner at an investment firm but that is exactly what is going to happen at tomorrow’s CSUF Startup event! (Register now!!!)

With us, we will have Beckham Thomas, Principal at Culver Pacific Capital Partners, in to discuss what he and other investors like him are looking for in a startup. Some of the topics that may be discussed include:

  • What are the criteria investors are looking for in the companies that they invest in?
  • How long is the funding process?
  • How much funding can an entrepreneur expect to receive at the different stages of the startup process?
  • Why should an entrepreneur seek capital?

Beckham is a great human being and a tremendous investor and investment banker. He knows this industry inside and out and that is why I am personally looking forward to hearing what Beckham has to say about this subject that is so near and dear to many entrepreneurs.

The event is tomorrow, Wednesday, at 6pm at our CSUF Startup Incubator Irvine office. We will be serving dinner for free and every attendee will also receive a laptop desk from CSUF Entrepreneurship mentor José Calero’s company, LapWorks.

We hope to see you there!
