Joe Hines has a successful twenty-five year track record for delivering results across an array of assignments and multiple industries.   His experience includes consumer packaged goods, higher education, agency account management, and industrial sales.   He is expert in brand marketing, product innovation, portfolio management, marketing research, analysis and digital media. His corporate experience includes ConAgra Foods, International Flavors and Fragrances, and DeVry University. He has achieved success in challenging marketing roles at various organization levels including Account Manager, Account Director, Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and Marketing Director.

Mr. Hines has worked for companies ranging in size from twelve employees to thirty-thousand employees and has held profit and loss responsibility for major national brands including: Knott’s Berry Farm, Swiss Miss, Hunt’s Snack Pack and has consulted for brands including Ghirardelli Chocolate, Ruiz Foods, and Cholula Hot Sauce. His work at DeVry University was instrumental to the advancement of DeVry University and Keller Graduate School of Management in Southern California and he also made significant contributions to the re-positioning of these brands at the national level.

In 2012, Joe started his own Content Marketing Agency, A-Cubed Marketing Services, which is located in Fullerton. He also leads a monthly Meet-Up group, Orange County Small Business Marketing Connection, where he works with entrepreneurs and owners of small businesses teaching marketing strategies and tactics. A number of Joe’s most important clients are women business owners.
