We normally don’t do this but this is an important topic. Mental health is something that I didn’t think much about before working with entrepreneurs but it became apparent very quickly that mental health is something that entrepreneurs have to deal with all the time. And I think that freelancers certainly fit under the entrepreneur umbrella so, when I saw the Orthogonal Podcast, which is hosted by CSUF Entrepreneurship Board Member Andrew Carroll, discussing mental stress and freelancers, I had to share it.
