Next Wednesday the CSUF Startup Incubator is proud to welcome Robert Freeman, the titular lawyer turned entrepreneur, in to discuss the strategies he has successfully used over his career as a lawyer and entrepreneur with two successful businesses under his belt. As a lawyer, Robert is able to look onto entrepreneurship from a different perspective from most of us. This perspective is one of the qualities that distinguishes him as an entrepreneur and it is this perspective that we think will be most valuable for our guests to learn from.

The talk is on Wednesday, October 3 at 6pm at our office in Placentia. Below is the event description. We hope to see you there!

Five Strategies for Succeeding in Business from Lawyer turned Entrepreneur

Entrepreneurs are many things: leaders, marketers, salespeople, project managers, coaches, and everything in between. But what most entrepreneurs are not lawyers. They don’t know the law and it’s no wonder when laws are constantly evolving and they are different from place to place.

That is why we are excited to welcome Robert Freeman, Esq. to the CSUF Startup Incubator office in Placentia to talk about the five strategies he has learned from being a lawyer turned entrepreneur. Robert‘s story begins, well, as a lawyer. He has been general counsel for businesses large and small as well as a mediator. Taking the lessons he learned there, he purchased OC Kickboxing & Mixed Martial Arts in 2015 and has grown it into a million dollar business.

At this talk, Robert will share with the audience the five key strategies he has developed over the years drawing upon his experiences as a lawyer, mediator, and as an entrepreneur. For all the entrepreneurs out there, especially those who are working on launching their first startup, this is a seminar that you cannot miss. Insights like this from a lawyer turned entrepreneur are rare to find and they might just help you create a successful business.
