About this Event

Tony Crisp is the CEO of CRISPx Agency and the Chief Strategist at SYBER Gaming PC. At this seminar he will give a talk on why companies who are customer centric outperform those that aren’t.

Being a customer centric company infuses all parts of the organization with a singular mission: Develop solutions for the customer. This type of mindset has a positive impact on a company’s strategy, people, processes, performance, and company structure.

At this talk, Tony will discuss ways that any company, no matter how large or small, can accomplish this.

This event will be hosted on Zoom. When you register we will send you an email with the link 48 hours before the event.
