Good leaders build a strong culture from day one. Even if they are the only employee at the inception of the business their values become enmeshed in the company’s fabric and have a huge impact on how future members of their organization will operate.
Building a Strong Culture from Startup to Mature Company is our event this Wednesday at 6pm at the CSUF Irvine campus. My friend and longtime CSUF Entrepreneurship mentor Dave Kinnear will be leading this seminar outlining why entrepreneurs need to foster a strong culture for their companies and how they should go about doing just that.
Dave will draw on his vast experience as an executive and startup coach in this talk and we hope to see you there!

| The next generation of entrepreneurs will be presenting their innovative concepts at the Titan Fast Pitch competition on Saturday, October 21 from 1pm to 4pm at Cal State Fullerton!
We encourage all university and high school students with a passion for entrepreneurship to compete at the Titan Fast Pitch.
