How To Handle Exponential Growth In Your Startup


What started out as a geodesic dome over a swimming pool to keep the heat inside during the winter, soon blossomed an entire product line of domes that are use for events, greenhouses, and shelters (to name just a few of its many uses). The founder, Jon Dietz walks us through his journey of how he grew Sonostar to a worldwide brand and how he managed the exponential growth.

About the presenter: Jon Dietz is a serial entrepreneur who is also balanced with numerous nonprofit commitments, particularly in China. He builds viable companies with sustainable technologies and delivers world class products and services. Jon is involved with the English language Association, Caring for China, and enjoys frequently traveling to China and Asia.
