Are you ever worried about whether you’re making the right choice of co-founders for your start-up company?

About this Event

Imagine a tool and a process for revealing the true nature of others who will be responsible for whether you build a successful business. Imagine if you could also eliminate the guesswork of determining the “right fit” by assessing the core values, talents, motivators, and needs of others. A mainstay in top Fortune 500 organizations, the DISC assessment is a behavior-based tool that explains the way diverse work styles can positively or negatively impact your ability to execute on your vision for your company. In this special interactive webinar for Entrepreneurs, you will have the opportunity to take the DISC assessment and:

● Identify traits of four common personalities and work styles and how they show up in a stressful Covid-19 world

● Understand the influence of your own motivators and work orientation on communication and cooperation with others

● Diagnose the role DISC dynamics play in co-founder conflicts and team performance

● Pinpoint opportunities and vulnerabilities as they relate to team trust and alignment with your organization’s mission and strategic priorities

● Explore the multiple uses of DISC such as onboarding employees, building teams, making decisions, managing change, resolving conflicts, and much more.
