Part Time Office Manager Needed


A local IT services firm started by CSUF Entrepreneurship alum Evan Faccou has an immediate opening for a part time office manager.

Responsibilities:
-Bookkeeping responsibilities including depositing checks, reconciling and balancing various bank accounts
-Dictating invoices
-Corresponding with customers via telephone and e-mail
-Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements:
-Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
-QuickBooks experience is a plus
-Proficient in typing
-Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
-Quick learner and self-starter

-Entry level okay
-Great for students
-Part time (15-20 hours weekly)
-Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:00am-4:00pm
-Hours somewhat flexible
-Starting at $10/hour
