Self Mastery for Entrepreneurs @ CSUF Startup Incubator

matthew-gallizziBehind every great business is a founding entrepreneur or entrepreneurs. Behind every great entrepreneur is their psychology. The collection of habits, perspectives, DNA, and other unique characteristics that affect how the entrepreneur experiences the journey. This evening, you are invited to show up if you want to understand and master the inner journey that few speak about.

As an example, let’s look at driving a car. The driver of a car can drive the car best when they know how to drive the car. The driver can drive best when they know when to speed up, when to slow down, when to stop, when to signal, or when to change lanes. Driving can serve the driver in getting to where they want, avoid any accidents along the way, and enjoy the journey.

The entrepreneur is like the driver. The car is the business. When the entrepreneur can become the master of who they are, they can understand how their psychology affects their experience of entrepreneurship. Having such insight can empower the entrepreneur to get more of what they really want.

This evening, Matthew will create a unique experience unlike other evenings. Instead of 45 minutes of teaching, he will host a conversation for those who attend. He is willing to equip participants who show up in uncovering what self-mastery looks like for them. It begins with what is wanted.

If you decide to show up, be prepared to show up with your deepest questions, fears, or desires, in the interest of creating the world you believe in. This evening is not for everyone. It may be uncomfortable for you. Show up if you want to become the master of self.
