About the presenter: After achieving his degree in Business Finance from the CSUF College of Business and Economics, Rick was the first ever ‘Leadership Development Candidate’ out of college for a $1.2 billion systems integrator. This led to his spending the last 7 years selling security technology programs to Enterprise customers, including Sony Pictures, Fox Studios, Boeing, and Kaiser Permanente, achieving $6 million in sales in FYI 18-19. Rick has managed the full B2B sales cycle, prospecting and landing mid-market and strategic customers. He believes that the core tenets of integrity, leadership, and collaboration have played a big part in his success.

The Center for Entrepreneurship is a Center of Excellence at College of Business and Economics, which serves as an outreach center and support organization for CSUF Entrepreneurship – the collection of entrepreneurial initiatives within the CSUF College of Business and Economics. CSUF Entrepreneurship includes the Center for Entrepreneurship, its advisory board, staff, and donors; the Small Business Institute (SBI) and its present and past student-consulting clients; student members of the Entrepreneur Society and the Entrepreneurship Fraternity; students, and faculty involved in the CSUF Entrepreneurship Concentrations (Undergraduate and MBA) and the CSUF Entrepreneurship Minor; and entrepreneurial alumni. Additionally, CSUF Entrepreneurship multiplies its effectiveness by enlisting entrepreneurial volunteers to support learning in the classroom and in the field.
