How to Build a Strong Culture from Startup to Mature Company

Whether you have are still in school or have had a long professional career you know that different organizations do things differently. How we do things is determined by a number of factors but how organizations do things is determined by culture. And that is why it is so important for entrepreneurs to focus on their company’s culture from the first day.

As you will find out in this edition of the CSUF Entrepreneurship Insider, we will be hosting a powerful seminar headed by veteran executive and startup coach Dave Kinnear this Wednesday at 6pm at the CSUF Irvine campus. Tickets are available for Building a Strong Culture from Startup to Mature Company. We hope to see you there!

As leaders know there is no way to effectively monitor everything that goes on in a company. Leaders cannot be there when all the tough decisions need to be made so what do they do?
Good leaders build a strong culture from day one. Even if they are the only employee at the inception of the business their values become enmeshed in the company’s fabric and have a huge impact on how future members of their organization will operate.
Building a Strong Culture from Startup to Mature Company is our event this Wednesday at 6pm at the CSUF Irvine campus. My friend and longtime CSUF Entrepreneurship mentor Dave Kinnear will be leading this seminar outlining why entrepreneurs need to foster a strong culture for their companies and how they should go about doing just that.
Dave will draw on his vast experience as an executive and startup coach in this talk and we hope to see you there!

Tickets are still available for this event. I know that some of you tried to register for this event already but were unable to do so due to a glitch on the event page; that has now been fixed.
