We haven’t written nearly enough about all of the great things that are happening at the CSUF Startup Incubator. Every week we have a different speaker in to talk about their area of expertise, our residents are there launching their businesses, students are coming together to be innovative, and our alumni entrepreneurs have monthly meetings to help each other be better business owners. It’s frequently a lively scene!
Recently, Jerry Conrey, owner of Conrey Insurance Brokers and Risk Managers and mentor/donor to the Center for Entrepreneurship/CSUF Startup Incubator/SBI, gave a talk about the importance of insurance to startups. As it turns out, new ventures need insurance just as much as any other business.
