CSUF Entrepreneurship Grad Interviewed on OC Talk Radio

Anais Tangie, founder of “Special Eats OC”, was recently interviewed by Rick Franzi of OC talk radio show “Critical Mass.” Anais Tangie is a 2010 Entrepreneurship CSUF graduate.

Anais discussed the challenges she is facing during the start-up of her new business focusing on “nutritious-delicious” food that heals and nourishes your body.

Special Eats OC makes nutritious-delicious meals for your home or your catered event. They provide multiple menu options for you to choose from, enabling you to choose your perfect meal. Our freshly prepared meals are either cooked on-site or delivered, and can be eaten fresh, or frozen for future use. They also meet the special dietary needs of the autistic community and anyone who wants or needs to eat gluten or casein free.
