I graduated Fall 2008 from CSUF and commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan (Jan 2009-March 2010) for a little over a year and moved to Los Angeles in April 2010 to work as an Air Force ROTC instructor at UCLA. I’m also a student at UCLA, completing a Manufacturing Engineering certificate with night classes.

I purchased a restaurant in December 2010 and bought my vision of a mainstream, fast-food Indian restaurant to life over the winter break.

My friends and family helped me transform a fine dining Indian restaurant in Anaheim into a vibrant and exciting fast food destination. Everything in the restaurant, from the paint to the menu boards, were self-designed and built.

The CSUF business plan was designed for a busy food court. Our goal is to master internal processes, marketing and brand image and begin opening multiple locations, with the next one being in a food court. When I made the business plan presentation to the business panel in December 2007, all 10 local business volunteers were impressed with the business concept and said they would fund the venture. My family and I are excited to create a fun, affordable and delicious Indian restaurant that appeals to all Americans. We appreciate your help in getting our business off the ground and helping us bring Indian food into mainstream American culture.
