One of the Center for Entrepreneurship’s friends is giving serious consideration to launching an accelerated business education series that will cover topics like:
- HTML
- WordPress/Google Analytics
- Photoshop
- Google Adwords and Adsense
Here is a brief introduction to what is being considered:
We are working on a curriculum of courses designed to prepare new college grads for the workforce and to assist business professionals who want to learn new skills and focus on current skill sets desired by companies. These courses are a two hour session followed by a one hour lab and many hours of hands-on exercises to be completed outside of class. We have designed a 4-week, 8 course curriculum based on courses that we held for our interns during the past 3 years with a very high success rate for job placement.

One of the main problems that we always hear about from our alumni is that they didn’t get enough experience with specific tools.
