About the speaker:
Ashley Bolduc has over ten years of experience as a business lawyer. She represents start-up and mid-sized businesses to help them with the selection and formation of entities, corporate governance, trademark registration, contract drafting and review, and financing. Ashley also represents businesses of all sizes with outside general counsel services providing legal advice on anything that comes up in day-to-day operations. She has handled numerous asset and stock purchases and sales ranging from five figures to over $350 million. Ashley represents businesses in every industry and loves to learn more about what business owners are passionate about.
