We could not have done this without you.

Moving forward, we have a couple of interesting events coming up in the next couple of weeks that I think are very valuable for entrepreneurs like you. On Wednesday, November 17 at 6pm at the CSUF Startup Incubator (Placentia) we have a talk titled Learn How to Get Started Using Big Data in Your Startup to Make Big Money. Businesses, no matter how large or small, are harnessing the awesome power of Big Data to better serve their customers, create innovative solutions, and, yes, make more profit. In this talk attendees will learn what Big Data is and how to leverage it for their startups.

Why you Can and Should Start your Side Hustle Immediately is a talk on campus on November 17 by entrepreneur and TED Talk veteran Damon Brown. Damon will give this talk twice that day, once at 1:00pm and again at 2:30pm. During this talk, he will go into great detail about the three crucial strengths that every entrepreneur possesses that enables them to launch successful passion projects. Damon’s books about entrepreneurship will also be available for purchase at both talks.

Sincerely,

John Bradley Jackson
Director, CSUF Center for Entrepreneurship

Competition among businesses is more fierce today than ever before and the reason why is data. Every business, no matter how large or small, has access to more data than any business from just a few short years ago. Data on customers, economic indicators, investing opportunities, and everything else you can possibly think of is only growing and the intelligent business leader is leveraging this knowledge explosion.
How can you, as an entrepreneur, small business owner, or leader of a corporation, harness this great power? In this talk at the CSUF Startup Incubator, you will learn what Big Data is, how you can access it, and the best practices for mining all this data to help your business thrive.

Believe it or not, we already have most of the skills we need to create our passion-driven business. So why aren’t most people pursuing their potentially profitable ideas? They are intimidated by the small gap in their skill set. In this immediately actionable talk, Damon shares how to easily traverse that gap and explains the three crucial strengths every successful entrepreneur possesses. It is an inspiring talk for both potential entrepreneurs and ambitious upstarts.

If you want to get the most out of your life as possible then you owe it to yourself to attend this talk.

Damon will be giving this talk twice on November 17. Click the time below that works best for your schedule to reserve your seat.
