Michelle Cornelius, a contributor at New University, the official campus newspaper of University of California, Irvine, recently published an article about Titan Women Collective. It’s a great article that I had to share.
“The Titan Women Collective, a new resource created this past semester through the Cal State Fullerton Center of Entrepreneurship, will provide business students scholarships, workshops, and mentoring to help with their professional development. Their entrepreneurial goal is to develop future women founders.”
The article is right on about that. Here’s some more:
“The Titan Women’s Collective gives young women opportunities to connect with leaders in their industries of interest and provides an exchange of perspectives between the mentors and the students.
“‘[Titan Women Collective founder, Charlesetta Medina, and all the members of TWC] help me with looking at things I do creatively with a business eye,’ Alexis Omoghene Akpodiete, a CSUF business student, said.”
Titan Women Collective
Titan Women Collective was created to identify and champion female entrepreneurs at Cal State Fullerton. Founded by Charlesetta Medina and Dr. Deborah Ferber, Titan Women Collective helps students through scholarships, workshops, and personal mentoring by members of Titan Women Collective, all of whom are leaders on the job and in the community.
