From Startup to Exit – How to Value your Business and Maximize your Success | CSUF Startup Incubator

Do you know how much your company is worth? Learn the basic methods of how to value your company and tips on how to maximize its value so you can successfully exit. Our speaker, Cristina Espiritu, discusses when and why a valuation is conducted, and the methods and theories behind it.

About the presenter: Cristina Espiritu has over 15 years experience in business valuation and strategy. She is an entrepreneur who has started companies in diverse industries such as health and wellness, cannabis, and retail. She is also a certified mediator and currently mediates cases at the Orange County Superior Court. Her passion is assisting startups and has served as a startup advisor for CalState Fullerton, SeedSpot, and the U.S. Department of State’s Young Leaders of Americas Initiative.
