About the presenter: After achieving his degree in Business Finance from the Mihaylo school of business, Rick was the first ever ‘Leadership Development Candidate’ out of college for a $1.2 billion systems integrator. This led to his spending the last 7 years selling security technology programs to Enterprise customers, including Sony Pictures, Fox Studios, Boeing, and Kaiser Permanente, achieving $6 million in sales in FYI 18-19. Rick has managed the full B2B sales cycle, prospecting and landing mid-market and strategic customers. He believes that the core tenets of integrity, leadership, and collaboration have played a big part in his success.
