Quarantine and Healthy Routines: Managing Our Mental Outlook | Special Event on Saturday April 10 from 2pm to 4pm

TeamXHealth is excited to launch their first virtual conference in collaboration with the UCLA Center for East-West Medicine’s Body-Mind-Spirit Health Initiative’s Conference Series.

TeamXHealth:
TeamXHealth, a 501 c(3) nonprofit organization run by an undergraduate student body at UCLA, aims to promote awareness of mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Individuals who attend the conference will gain a better understanding of their own mental health and learn lifestyle changes to improve their own well-being.

UCLA Center for East-West Medicine’s Body-Mind-Spirit Health Initiative:
The Center aims to improve students’ understanding of the interconnectedness of the body, the mind and the spirit, a key tenet of integrative health. Through this initiative, we hope to equip students with safe, practical and accessible self-care tools to improve their overall well-being during COVID-19 and beyond.
