CSUF Startup Incubator Resident Launches Event Business During Pandemic

We have been working with Vinay Kathuria, the founder of Shomee, for about six months now. A lot has changed since we first started working together and his original concept for an event-based business has had to make some dramatic pivots due in large part to the pandemic.

How did he make this pivot? What is Shomee doing now? What kind of traction has he been able to get after just a month of operation? How has focusing on customer discovery been vital to starting Shomee?
