Justin Nucum, aka JNukes, is the founder of Hardkour Performance. Hardkour Performance specializing in Obstacle Course Race (OCR) training. The HKTraining Program incorporates many aspects of training and cross-training of different types of activities and use of equipment. They tailor your program to better prepare you for your next OCR event. 

In this episode we discuss how they built their mobile training business, the challenges Hardkour Performance has faced during Covid-19 restrictions, and what they’re looking forward to post-Covid.
