In the past we have covered the tremendous work that Natalie Rodriguez ’14 is doing. You can get the whole story by clicking the link in the last sentence but the short version is that Natalie has for the last couple of years been diligently working on her first film, Extraordinary Ordinary. This film will tackle the exceedingly difficult and far too often taboo subject of mental illness through the lens of young adults.
The film is set to debut later this year but for those of you who would like to meet with Natalie in the interim you are in luck! This Friday, Natalie will be part of a panel titled Her Stories: Latinas in Hollywood. This panel is in honor of International Women’s Day and Natalie will be sharing her story with the audience as well as answering some questions about herself and her art.
